Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care: The Personal Support Worker Training Fund

Registration costs for the Fundamentals of Hospice Palliative Care and the Advanced Hospice Palliative Care Education (AHPCE) can be funded from the Personal Support Worker Training Fund for Personal Support Workers employed by:

• An agency contracted by the Community Care Access Centre to provide support services,

• A Community Support Service agency who is funded by the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care to provide adult day services, attendant outreach and supportive housing programs, or

• A First Nations Homemakers & Nurses Services Program.
